Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in a customer‑service or sales‑oriented role, preferably within a financial services environment.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish (or another widely spoken language) with the ability to converse professionally in both languages.

  • Base Pay: $21.00 per hour, with consistent full‑time hours (8‑hour shifts) scheduled between 8 AM and 9 PM EST. Weekend shifts (Saturday) may be offered on a rotating basis.
