The Customer Care Specialist role focuses on providing excellent customer service and resolving callers' needs efficiently, managing high-volume inbound calls, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Manage 60+ high-volume inbound customer calls daily while delivering efficient, high-quality service
- Process cancellations
- Enter data into CRM
- Create contact logs/documentation
- Schedule leads
- Projects as assigned by management
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Perform duties while seated for long periods of time
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Navigate multiple computer systems and document customer interactions in real time
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal team members throughout the day
- Maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Work in an environment with frequent deadlines, shifting priorities, and continuous activity
