Service Desk IT Technician Level 1
Hampshire County Council provides high quality public services to over a million customers and is seeking a Service Desk IT Technician Level 1 to join their frontline support team. The successful candidate will provide initial IT support, liaising with users and working on chatbot development and knowledge creation.
Responsibilities
- Provides the initial support to our userbase for their IT problems
- Liaises with users via webchat, online form and telephone with a strong customer service focus
- Works on other workstreams such as Chatbots, Knowledge creation and Microsoft Power apps
Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT including experience using Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a varied range of tasks
- Willingness to learn and build proficiency across a variety of new and evolving systems/platforms
