Entry-Level Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
KBD Attorneys is a well-respected personal injury law firm committed to helping individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. They are seeking an Entry-Level Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to help build and distribute high-quality, compliant content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities for growth into senior roles.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently create and publish WordPress blog posts based on: News reports, Publicly available information, Internal firm content
- Use Jetpack or similar plugins to convert blog posts into social media deliverables
- Produce and schedule engaging posts for: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Snapchat, Other emerging channels
- Create short-form video content, captions, and visual assets
- Use modern AI tools to: Transform source material into first drafts, Generate graphics, social media posts, short videos, and blog content, Create a streamlined content pipeline from idea to the final asset
- Follow firm content guidelines, brand voice, and editing standards
- Ensure all content complies with: Professional conduct rules for attorney advertising, Privacy, accuracy, and ethics requirements
- Assist with posting and managing simple paid social ads, including boosted posts and lightweight campaigns
Skills
- Experience using WordPress
- Experience using Jetpack
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Nano or similar tools
- Experience using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (hallucinations, compliance issues, bias, etc.)
- Prior experience in a personal injury or other legal environment (a plus)
- Multilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently
