[Remote] Jr. Social Media Manager, Platform

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency specializing in social-first marketing. The Jr. Social Media Manager will oversee social accounts and create engaging social media campaigns for various clients in the film, television, and entertainment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to innovative and engaging social media campaigns
• Ideate social media content buckets and creative
• Post content to all social media channels
• Facilitate community management on all social media channels
• Oversee editorial calendars and content rollouts
• Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed
• Participate in brainstorms for various campaigns across the company
• Administer reporting and analytics

Skills

• Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
• Experience working on social campaigns in entertainment, video games, consumer brands, sports or comparable
• Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines
• Strong copywriting skills
• Strong interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
• M-F: 9am-6pm PST
