And we’re looking for an Accounting & Operations Specialist to start immediately! 📌 About the Client Our client operates in the Commercial Landscape Supply & Property Maintenance industry. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage Accounts Payable processing Manage Accounts Receivable and collections follow-up Perform bank reconciliations Prepare financial reporting and provide analysis/insights Handle contract administration Review timesheets and support payroll processing Create SOPs and document processes Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience working with North American clients
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong communication skills with a high-level, North American accent preferred
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
