Work from home Full-time role Hiring

This is where your work makes a difference. At Baxter, we believe every person—regardless of who they are or where they are from—deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results. Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. Your role at Baxter As the Senior Manager, Health Economics & Value - Enterprise Corporate Accounts, you will help major U.S. health systems understand the clinical, operational, and economic impact of Baxter’s solutions. This role goes beyond traditional Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR): you will work directly with senior leaders across hospitals—spanning supply chain, nursing, quality, and finance—while partnering internally with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, and research and development (R&D) teams. Your work will shape how Baxter demonstrates value to the top 100 U.S. health systems, translating evidence into clear, credible insights that influence decision‑making at the highest levels. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role that blends analytical rigor with real‑world engagement. You will design value programs, lead cross‑functional alignment, and guide evidence strategy across care environments. With a growing mandate and strong leadership support, this is an opportunity to build a modern, enterprise‑level health economics capability and create measurable impact across Baxter’s most strategic customer relationships. This is a remote U.S.‑based role, with travel approximately one to two times per quarter for customer meetings, cross‑functional collaboration, and team engagement. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement health system value programs that define measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes tied to Baxter product adoption. Translate customer priorities into jointly agreed value demonstration activities, including implementation, analysis, and performance measurement. Lead cross‑functional teams to shape customer‑facing deliverables and ensure alignment across commercial, clinical, and operational stakeholders. Design and execute economic analyses credible to value analysis committees (VAC), clinical leaders, and purchasing stakeholders. Build and refine ROI tools and economic models across multiple care pathways, ensuring methodological rigor and transparency. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure models reflect how health systems evaluate value (cost, labor, productivity, capacity, revenue). Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and R&D teams to prioritize evidence needs and support strategic portfolio decisions. Support reimbursement strategy across the portfolio, including coding, coverage, payment considerations, and policy monitoring. What you’ll bring Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, pharmacy, or a related discipline (Master’s, PhD, PharmD) or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in HEOR, health economics, market access, or reimbursement strategy within medical devices, digital health, or hospital solutions preferred. Demonstrated experience developing economic models (ROI, budget impact, cost‑effectiveness) and translating them into customer‑ready tools. Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare provider economics, including VAC processes, quality metrics, and inpatient/outpatient dynamics. Experience with real‑world evidence generation or outcomes measurement in a hospital setting. Experience partnering directly with health systems on pilots, quality improvement initiatives, or outcomes‑based programs. Ability to tailor value stories to clinical, operational, and financial audiences, with strong provider economic fluency. Proven ability to lead programs, drive cross‑functional alignment, and balance analytical rigor with real‑world timelines and data constraints.
