Student Experience Associate - Philippines

Our Student Experience Associates are responsible for providing high-quality service and strategic support to CGA students and parents, primarily in New Zealand. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with students and families, ensuring they receive timely and personalised assistance. This position requires effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks to enhance the student experience. Note: this role operates in the Australian timezone and so you must be able to work 9am-6pm AEST/AEDT What are the main responsibilities for this role? Student and Parent Support Communication and Relationship Building Administrative Tasks Collaboration and Problem Solving You just might be the person we're looking for if you have: Enthusiasm for supporting students, parents, and their academic journey. The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and strategically solve problems. Significant learning adaptability and a strong grasp of technology and systems. Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple workflows. Fluent written and verbal communication in English. A collaborative spirit and openness to feedback. Strong time and stress management skills. Empathy, resilience, and a positive, solution-focused attitude. Attention to detail and a high degree of flexibility. How we measure success in this role: High student satisfaction through strong retention and NPS scores. Fast, high-quality issue resolution measured by response and resolution speed. Working Hours and Pay Full-time, 40 hours per week. You must be available from 9am NZT (non-negotiable) and can work fully remote. Salary: 686,400 PHP per annum.
