For more information visit www.cumulusmedia.com. Position Overview Cumulus Media | (Chicago) has an immediate, fully remote (US-based) opening for a full-time Paid Media Coordinator. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize effective digital campaigns to maximize KPI-based performance while keeping within fixed budget ranges. This person will join our Performance Marketing group to ultimately support a team of account managers in maximizing digital revenue growth in some of our largest and most strategic accounts. As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding client campaigns, making strategic decisions, optimizing toward stated goals, and deriving reporting insights for “data storytelling”. Additionally, you will also provide ongoing performance-based suggestions, support, creative management, and facilitation of multi-channel, tactical digital solutions that include: Audio Streaming Podcast Advertising Display Advertising Programmatic Strategies Social Media Marketing Online Presence Solutions OTT and Video Advertising Paid Search Engine Marketing Email Marketing You will have the opportunity to use your passion for digital marketing to develop personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients through the integration of digital products and services focused on our advertisers’ end goals. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities: Help to prepare, onboard, and optimize a book of campaign business across a variety of DSPs Recommend audiences and strategies that deliver the highest returns for a given budget from utilizing our first-party identity graph alongside second-party and third-party solutions Assist with the organization, process, and delivery of multi-channel programmatic campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and innovative solutions to accomplish high-stakes business goals while staying within cost constraints Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to account management team, highlighting successes, segment gains/losses, and areas for improvement Analyze and translate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals Support ongoing internal reporting and account trackers to provide ongoing details about campaign pacing, reporting metrics, account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, etc. Contribute to audience and inventory forecasting, ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews Identify opportunities for revenue growth, and work with internal teams to suggest new strategies and campaign optimizations that drive revenue and/or performance Lend a hand with strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools) Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge internally Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ad operations Strong project assistance and/or management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and deadline-driven projects Time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teammates Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns that drive results Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including programmatic buying in DSPs Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google DV360 and CM360, Google Tag Manager, Basis, Simplifi, and/or Facebook Ads Manager is helpful Pay Range USD $60,000.00 - USD $66,000.00 /Yr.
