As the newest member of our team, you will build strategic partnerships with a portfolio of clients, guiding and mentoring them on their growth journey. You are a fiscal maestro with a high EQ, ready to bring technical prowess and leadership brilliance to the forefront. You are a seasoned pro with at least 10 years of experience in accounting and demonstrated your leadership talents – your happy place combines your passion for accounting and your heart for people. • Working hand-in-hand with clients, shaping the essence of how they approach finance and acting as their beacon in the financial fog
• Guiding, mentoring, and overseeing a team of high-performing accountants, ensuring every project is a success story
• Orchestrating the onboarding process with new clients to establish a strong foundation for success – earning SME status for financial questions and GAAP compliance

Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you:

• BS in Accounting or Business Administration and 10+ years of hands-on accounting experience - your CPA or Master’s will catch our attention!
• Recent experience as a controller working in or advising growth-stage companies
• Deep knowledge of sales, income and payroll tax and proven experience managing multi-entity financials
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and GAAP standards in a variety of industries
• Expert level competency in QuickBooks Online, modern A/R, A/P, and payment processing software
• Self-aware and internally driven with the ability to meet others where they are with kindness and grace
• Accomplished and inspirational leader – you’ve built, coached, and led high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication skills – authentic, respectful, and poised
• Ability to juggle multiple client engagements, ensuring every client feels like your favorite!

Additional Information Our team members enjoy:

• Salary $105,000 - $120,000
• Complete benefits package, including unlimited PTO
• Purposeful work without the 60 hour work weeks
