Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, primarily handling inbound calls and assisting with all customer service functions related to order entry. You will operate within our customer support center (CSC) framework, following established procedures and protocols while bringing your own personality, professionalism, and problem-solving skills to every interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Professionally and positively manage a steady flow of inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Order Entry & Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into our systems, ensuring all details are captured correctly and processed efficiently to meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer questions and concerns with empathy, clarity, and confidence, working to resolve issues on the first call whenever possible.
  • Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, concise, and professional manner, maintaining the same high standards of service expected on phone calls.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow all procedures, scripts, and guidelines set forth by management within the customer support centers to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in ongoing quality monitoring and coaching sessions, using feedback to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in the company's CRM and order management systems.
