Position Overview
We are hiring an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join arenaflex's Content Operations Support Team. This role is fully remote and is open to candidates residing in Honduras. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large sets of data related to streaming content, media metadata, and operational records. Your work will directly support the content pipelines used by major streaming services — including platforms comparable to Netflix — to ensure viewers receive the right information at the right time.
This is not a typical repetitive data entry job. While the core of the role involves structured data input, you will also gain exposure to content management systems, quality assurance workflows, and operational reporting tools used throughout the streaming and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Input: Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of content-related data — including titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, regional availability, and categorization details — into arenaflex's internal content management systems.
- Quality Assurance Checks: Review entered data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields before information is pushed downstream to streaming partners.
- Content Categorization Support: Apply standardized taxonomies, genre classifications, and content rating information to titles, ensuring alignment with platform guidelines and regional regulations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior content operations associates, QA leads, and project managers to clarify data requirements, resolve discrepancies, and meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Workflow Documentation: Document recurring data issues, edge cases, and workflow improvements. Provide feedback that helps arenaflex refine its standard operating procedures.
