Position Overview – Member Service Representative

As a Member Service Representative in our communications center located at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO, you will be the front line of member interaction. You will listen, educate, and provide tailored financial solutions that help members afford life’s biggest milestones—from buying a first home to funding a college education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Engagement: Actively listen to members, understand their unique financial situations, and build rapport.
  • Education & Guidance: Clearly explain arenaflex’s suite of products and services, helping members make informed decisions.
  • Transaction Processing: Execute routine transactions such as transfers, payments, and deposits with precision and courtesy.
  • Advanced Financial Operations: Handle complex requests including IRAs, CDs, new account openings, wire transfers, and dispute resolution.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, new product offerings, and technological advancements.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute insights on best practices, competitive intelligence, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Support teammates during high‑volume periods, fostering a culture of mutual success.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic understanding of financial products such as checking/savings accounts, loans, and investment vehicles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers) and common software applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet member needs.
  • Physical ability to handle typical office tasks, including occasional lifting of files and standing for extended periods.
