About arenaflex and the Opportunity

At arenaflex, we believe that meaningful work should fit seamlessly into your life—not the other way around. We are a forward-thinking organization committed to helping people navigate the often complex world of healthcare with clarity, compassion, and confidence. As part of our rapidly expanding Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division, we are currently building dynamic support teams to deliver best-in-class service to members across the Southeast United States.

This isn’t just another work-from-home customer service job. This is your chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of real people every single day—helping them understand their prescription coverage, resolve medication inquiries, and feel supported on their journey to better health. If you live in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or Tennessee and are passionate about helping others, this fully remote opportunity offers the flexibility, stability, and purpose you’ve been looking for.

Our call center environment is high-energy, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding. We are a team of empathetic problem-solvers who believe that every call is an opportunity to build trust, provide peace of mind, and simplify healthcare for the members we serve. If you thrive in a culture that values kindness, accountability, and continuous growth, arenaflex might be the perfect place for you.

Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative on our PBM support team, you will be the voice of arenaflex for our members across the Southeast region. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls from members who have questions about their pharmacy benefit plans. You will assist with topics ranging from prescription insurance coverage and medication availability to mail-order prescription status and general plan navigation.

Through your knowledge, empathy, and problem-solving skills, you will empower our members to better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience, and we take pride in resolving questions and concerns on the first call whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls from members regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, and medication coverage
  • Provide accurate, clear, and compassionate explanations of benefit options, copay structures, and formulary details
  • Assist members with mail-order prescription inquiries, including order status, refills, and delivery questions
  • Document all member interactions thoroughly and accurately in our proprietary systems
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and all governmental compliance requirements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, handle time, and member satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that prioritizes member care
  • Stay current on plan changes, formulary updates, and industry trends that affect our members

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a professional setting—such as a call center, retail environment, customer service role, hospitality position, or military service
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection that meets arenaflex’s approved speed requirements
  • A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace within your home
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience working in a call center environment or in a healthcare-related field
  • 6 months or more of prior work-from-home experience
  • Healthcare certification such as a Medical Assistant credential (a plus, but not required)
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English preferred, depending on regional needs)
  • Prior experience with pharmacy, insurance, or benefits administration
