Position Overview
The Remote Customer Service Representative role is a hybrid blend of sales, client onboarding, and relationship management. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey, nurturing long‑term partnerships, and ensuring that our recruiting pipeline aligns perfectly with the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; experience in staffing or gig‑economy platforms is a plus.
