Fine Art Sales & Appointment Setter (Remote, Full Time) Are you a charismatic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and creating exceptional client experiences? Dahlberg Portraits is seeking a warm, detail oriented individual to help guide interested families through the process of booking their complimentary fine art portrait experience. You will be speaking with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services through social media advertising. Your role is to connect with them, build excitement, answer questions, and secure their reservation. It is a high volume sales call position. What We Offer -Fully remote position -Full time schedule -Competitive hourly compensation starting at $20 per hour -Growth opportunities for high performers -Supportive, positive, and mission driven team culture -Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping families create lasting memories What You Will Do -Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in a complimentary portrait experience -Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients -Clearly communicate the portrait experience and studio policies -Secure reservations by collecting a session deposit -Follow up consistently through phone calls and text messages -Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM -Meet and exceed booking and conversion goals -Deliver an exceptional client experience with every interaction What We Are Looking For -Minimum of 5 years of sales experience -Strong phone presence with the ability to connect quickly and naturally with people -Excellent communication and active listening skills -Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail -Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment -Positive attitude and solution oriented mindset -Ability to follow proven systems and processes while maintaining authenticity in conversations -Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software platforms quickly Preferred Qualifications -Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, client care, or customer success -Experience working remotely -Experience using CRM systems, phone dialers, and texting platforms -Background in luxury services, photography, hospitality, or high touch client experiences Success in This Role Looks Like -Consistently converting warm leads into booked portrait sessions -Creating excitement and confidence in clients before their session -Maintaining strong communication and follow through -Contributing positively to team culture and company goals -Helping families experience the hope and joy that exceptional portraiture can provide About Dahlberg Portraits At Dahlberg Portraits, our mission is to provide hope and joy through extraordinary portrait experiences.
