Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for

  • Responding to live chat inquiries on arenaflex's website or through social media accounts, such as Facebook Messenger
  • Providing customer support, sharing sales links, and offering discounts to our valued customers
  • Engaging in dynamic text-based conversations with customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective chat support strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information and support Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
