You'll report directly to our President and Marketing Manager, but your impact will be felt across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

Email Management: Ensure crucial emails are promptly addressed and followed up. Team Communication: Act as a liaison between staff, fostering a collaborative environment. File Management: Organize digital and physical documents, maintaining efficient systems. CRM and Marketing Tools: Skilfully use HubSpot, Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Navigator, and other sales tools. Public Relations: Manage our PR database, including outreach for podcasts, speaking opportunities, and other activities. Event Planning: Organize and facilitate conferences, webinars, and shows with precision. Presentation Creation: Craft compelling presentation documents and PowerPoint decks. Special Projects: Conduct research, data entry, and other initiatives to support our growth. Multi-Project Management: Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting all deadlines. Administrative Support: Provide cross-divisional support in executive, marketing, and sales areas. Reporting: Create and analyze various reports, contributing to strategic decisions. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service both internally and externally. Commitment: Full-time position, Monday to Friday during US EST hours. Team Meetings: Participate in weekly team meetings to stay aligned and informed. What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven track record in a similar role. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. Deadline-Oriented: Ability to meet deadlines consistently. Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized and detail-focused. Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team member.
