Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide courteous, patient, and solution‑focused assistance to internal and external customers via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Payment Handling: Accurately process cash, credit cards, travel vouchers, and promotional coupons, ensuring daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
  • Baggage & Cargo Support: Assist passengers with baggage inquiries, oversee cargo handling logistics, and coordinate with ground operations to ensure efficient loading and unloading.
  • Issue Resolution: Address oversell situations, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage, and other service disruptions in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Information Dissemination: Deliver up‑to‑date flight schedules, gate changes, and travel advisories to customers, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete incident reports, performance logs, and daily operational summaries as required by management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, fellow agents, and cross‑functional teams to meet service level agreements and improve overall workflow.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in mandatory training modules, achieve a minimum 80% pass rate on the Customer Service Specialist certification, and stay current on safety and operational procedures.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to varying shift patterns, handle peak‑season volume, and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to type and navigate a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy (minimum 45 wpm).
