  • Utilizing Computer Systems: Navigate and operate various internal software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to access, update, and maintain accurate customer information with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with pharmacists, billing specialists, and other department teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer concerns. Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining documentation.

Your daily activities as a Remote Customer Service Representative will involve handling a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels.
