Role Overview

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
