Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Part‑Time Data Analyst to support the arenaflex+ product, marketing, and content curation teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Research & Analytics, you will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to design, execute, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative research studies. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, user experience, and subscription growth for our flagship streaming service and the broader arenaflex ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of large‑scale qualitative and quantitative research projects, including survey development, data collection, and analysis.
• Extract, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple sources using SQL and cloud‑based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) to build comprehensive datasets.
• Partner with product, marketing, and content teams to translate business objectives into actionable research plans, prioritizing initiatives that drive user engagement and retention.
• Develop clear, concise visualizations and written reports that summarize findings for internal stakeholders, ensuring insights are both understandable and strategically actionable.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of data pipelines, definitions, and analytical methodologies to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Respond promptly to ad‑hoc data requests from internal clients, delivering high‑quality analyses within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with external vendors and research partners, managing relationships and ensuring data quality standards are met.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field (or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience).
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in data analysis, market research, or a comparable analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to extract, join, and transform data from disparate sources.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
