  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with each assigned customer to schedule equipment repairs, adhering to their protocols and timelines to minimize downtime.
  • Cost Control & Estimation: Develop accurate repair cost estimates, conduct audits, and secure approvals from customers or fleet managers, maintaining budgetary discipline.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and follow‑up of both scheduled and unscheduled service events, guaranteeing seamless communication among all stakeholders.
  • Audit & Documentation: Maintain rigorous audit processes to verify the accuracy of invoices and PM forms submitted by vendors, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards.
  • Repair Processing: Review vendor PM forms, obtain necessary approvals, and initiate repair orders promptly to keep equipment operational.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service quality, contributing to arenaflex’s culture of innovation.
  • Project Support: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing insights and support to drive organizational goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
