Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Training: Create clear, concise reference guides, tutorials, and training sessions that empower external partners to quickly become proficient with the toolset.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and debug tool‑related problems, applying rapid‑response techniques to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience supporting live services or tool environments, preferably in a fast‑paced media or entertainment setting.
  • Familiarity with C# codebases, enabling you to read, understand, and troubleshoot scripts that power arenaflex’s content tools.
  • Hands‑on experience with arenaflex’s internal development platforms (formerly known as Unity 3D) for building and maintaining toolsets.
  • Experience developing or supporting mobile applications for arenaflex’s platforms (formerly iOS and Android), ensuring cross‑device compatibility.
  • Proficiency with arenaflex’s issue‑tracking and collaboration suite (formerly Jira and Confluence), including ticket creation, status updates, and documentation.
  • At least five years of delivering production‑level code in a professional environment, demonstrating a track record of high‑quality releases.
