What You'll Do

• Customer Needs Discovery: You'l aren'taflex skilled at uncovering what customers truly need by asking the right questions, listening actively, and understanding their unique situations before recommending solutions.
• Product Consultation: You'll become highly knowledgeable about all arenaflex products and features, enabling you to confidently guide customers through demonstrations, explain benefits, and help them make informed decisions.
• Sales Excellence: You'll meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining our commitment to genuine customer service rather than aggressive selling tactics.
• Product Setup & Training: You'll assist customers with setting up their new purchases, providing hands-on guidance that ensures they get the most from their arenaflex products.
• Store Visual Merchandising: You'll help maintain an inviting, organized store environment that showcase arenaflex products in the best possible light.
• Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and support each other during busy periods.
• Continuous Learning: You'll stay current with new product releases, industry trends, and arenaflex initiatives through ongoing training and self-education.

Preferred Experience:
