Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Sales Manager to lead our corporate travel management company (TMC) partnerships at arenaflex. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary authority for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with travel management organizations across designated commercial markets. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing competitive agreements, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring that arenaflex maintains a strong market position in the corporate travel sector. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary expert and authority for TMC business relationships at arenaflex, acting as the main point of contact for corporate travel management company accounts - Build and cultivate strategic business partnerships with TMC accounts, focusing on creating valuable business travel experiences that meet the unique needs of corporate clients - Exercise substantial independent judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations for all TMC agreements, aiming to secure the highest market share and yield possible in individual commercial markets - Collaborate closely with legal and risk management teams to develop and finalize contract-based agreements that protect arenaflex's interests while maintaining competitive terms - Analyze revenue performance, commission structures, and contract execution to ensure target compliance and profitability across all TMC accounts - Develop marketing-related initiatives to support sales efforts, working in partnership with marketing and business loyalty teams to create compelling offers - Manage the administration of TMC corporate accounts through sales calls, negotiation of agreements, and coordination of pricing structures - Plan business growth strategies and lead the development of other corporate accounts through collaboration with the revenue management team to ensure proper documentation of bookings and drive potential revenue according to agreement specifications - Monitor reporting and metrics to identify market trends and develop strategies to ensure arenaflex is positioned appropriately in the competitive landscape - Effectively manage and organize time and resources to maximize revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex - Prepare and execute local sales plans aligned with corporate sales objectives, ensuring arenaflex is strategically positioned among competitors Required Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in retail management, business development, or a related field - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in the airline or aviation industry - Familiarity with travel industry data reporting sources such as Arcade and Crystal - Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive results that maximize organizational benefit - Capacity to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with various teams and workgroups - Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing priorities - Experience in contract negotiation and business agreement management

The annual salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $68,000 depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
