Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product managers, data scientists, UX researchers, and visual designers—to define and prioritize product features.
• Design, prototype, and iterate on user‑facing experiences using data‑driven methodologies such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user analytics.
• Own the end‑to‑end experience of email communications, leveraging arenaflex’s in‑house email platform to craft personalized, responsive, and high‑performing campaigns.
• Work closely with Android, iOS, Web, and TV UI engineers to ensure seamless integration of design specifications and maintain visual consistency across devices.

Essential Qualifications
