Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Global Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team on a part‑time, remote basis. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for our Global Hotel Chains, Key Accounts, Regional Chains, Management Companies, and Ownership Groups—collectively referred to as “Partners.” You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding inventory participation, and cultivating long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with our Partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute scalable account‑management plans that meet or exceed quarterly revenue and acquisition targets through effective inventory, rate, and supplier management.
  • Negotiation & Rate Optimization: Lead negotiations with assigned Global Hotel Chains and other Partner groups to secure competitive inventory rates, optimal availability, and favorable contract terms that align with arenaxflex’s growth objectives.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, trust‑based relationships with Partner stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to help them improve performance, increase market share, and enhance profitability.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Hotel Account Managers, the LSP (Lodging Services Platform) team, Connectivity Managers, and other internal departments to align initiatives, share insights, and drive cohesive execution of business strategies.
  • Revenue Growth Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for incremental revenue across the Partner portfolio, leveraging data analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Scalable Process Implementation: Champion tools, processes, and automation that enable a scalable approach to managing a large volume of Partners while maintaining high service quality.
  • Business Initiative Participation: Contribute to arenaxflex’s broader business initiatives, including product enhancements, market expansion projects, and strategic partnership programs.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate, timely forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in global account management, revenue management, or hotel sales within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and achieving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, revenue management platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Self‑starter with a high degree of autonomy, comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Hospitality) or relevant certifications such as Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME).
  • Experience working with large, multinational hotel chains or ownership groups.
