Position Overview

Job Title: Remote Home Advisor – Customer Support Specialist (Full‑Time)

Location: United States (Remote – work from anywhere within the USA)

Employment Type: Full‑time, remote

Compensation: $35–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with arenaflex customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on macOS, iOS, and related platforms, guiding users through step‑by‑step resolutions.
  • Provide product recommendations, upsell complementary services, and educate customers on new features and updates.
  • Document every interaction in the CRM system, ensuring detailed, organized records for future reference and analytics.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and escalation teams to resolve complex cases, escalating when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Stay current with the latest arenaflex product releases, software updates, and policy changes to deliver accurate information.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, knowledge‑base updates, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, helping to shape the future of arenaflex’s remote support strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot macOS, iOS, and related software issues with confidence.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and remote support software.
  • Excellent empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
