Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture senior‑level relationships with C‑suite executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders, acting as the trusted data analytics advisor.
  • Solution Design & Pitching: Craft compelling business cases, develop tailored go‑to‑market strategies, and present arenaflex’s data and analytics offerings to prospective and existing customers.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross‑functional teams—including architects, legal, compliance, and sales—to deliver end‑to‑end data initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Data Lifecycle Expertise: Guide clients through the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and storage to processing, analysis, and governance—ensuring best‑in‑class security and compliance.
  • Technical Enablement: Partner with arenaflex’s product and engineering groups to develop proof‑of‑concepts, demos, and pilot programs that showcase the value of our cloud analytics services.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously refine arenaflex’s positioning and messaging.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, contribute to pipeline development, and achieve quarterly sales targets aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Thought Leadership: Produce whitepapers, case studies, and webinars that highlight successful client transformations and reinforce arenaflex’s reputation as a data thought leader.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, data warehousing, or data‑driven business consulting.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering data‑centric solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with legal, compliance, and finance teams on complex contracts and agreements.
