Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Assist senior analysts in preparing clear, concise reports that translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Perform ad‑hoc investigations into emerging operational issues, providing logical solutions that support senior leadership decision‑making.
• Design and execute data‑driven audits, highlighting deviations from standard operating procedures and suggesting corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience—to ensure data integrity across the organization.
• Support the creation of data‑collection queries, data‑extraction scripts, and data‑validation routines to streamline workflow efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive operational data.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, presenting findings and contributing ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent coursework).
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to work with large data sets accurately and meticulously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Familiarity with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic knowledge of data‑modeling software such as Alteryx or QuickBase is a plus.
