  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and IT specialists to ensure seamless data flow and uphold the integrity of shared information.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for streamlining data entry workflows, recommending tools or best practices that enhance productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of data handling procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 1‑2 years) in data entry, administrative support, or a related role within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering error‑free work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in office administration, data management, or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or recruitment software such as Bullhorn or iCIMS.
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques and the ability to generate insights from raw data.
  • Exposure to HR or recruitment processes, providing context for the data you will manage.
  • Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar credentials.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Accuracy & Precision: A meticulous approach to data handling, ensuring every entry meets high‑quality standards.
  • Organizational Ability: Efficiently manage multiple data streams, files, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfort navigating various software applications, learning new tools quickly, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Communication: Clear, courteous, and professional interaction with colleagues, candidates, and clients.
  • Problem‑Solving: Identify data inconsistencies, propose corrective actions, and implement solutions proactively.
  • Time Management: Prioritize workload to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets without sacrificing quality.
