  • Security Enhancements – Develop and enforce network security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement remediation strategies.
  • Technical Guidance – Provide expert mentorship to junior staff, offering hands‑on support for troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and system upgrades.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with business stakeholders, application teams, and operations groups to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Incident Management & Resolution – Lead the response to network outages, perform detailed post‑mortems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration records, and performance reports for audit and compliance purposes.

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise‑scale network infrastructures, preferably in a data‑center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, and WAN technologies.
  • Proficiency with network hardware from leading vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) and familiarity with data‑center switches and optical transport.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of detail and quality.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIP.
  • Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform) and scripting languages.
