Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in each language.
  • Proven experience in a high‑volume call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage multiple screens, and quickly learn new software platforms.

  • Headset that meets arenaflex specifications (arenaflex provides a $75 stipend for approved headsets).
  • Dedicated landline telephone service or a VoIP solution that complies with arenaflex security standards.
  • High‑speed broadband internet; satellite, dial‑up, or wireless hotspot connections are not acceptable.
