• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer queries and interactions over the phone, email, and chat
• Processing and modifying orders
• Escalating customer feedback across multiple communication channels
• Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions
• Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish
• Providing best-in-class service experience for customers while working in a fast-paced environment
• Providing technical support to customers when navigating our website
• Understanding that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience
• *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
• 1+ years of customer service experience or veterinary care experience
• Ability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
• A private and distraction-free home environment to work in
• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience
• Experience working virtually
• Experience working in veterinary/pet care
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
• Animal lover (not required, but definitely a plus)
