Director, HR Business Partner – Global R&D
Job Description:
- Develop the mid/long-term HR/talent strategy and implementation plan according to business strategy
- Partner with business leaders to do workforce planning, organization design and development
- Lead the global annual performance review and year-end compensation planning
- Proactively resolve complex business concerns
- Partner with COEs, delivering strategic business insight to guide development of programs
- Lead the talent review process and ensure the succession of critical positions
- Drive initiatives in partnership with COEs in support of a high-performance culture
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Engage on employee relations cases in partnership with the Legal and ER teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of increasing HRBP responsibilities
- Vast experience in organization development, talent management
- Proven and successful ability to build, lead, and integrate effective and lasting people management programs within a business
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to the company’s values
- Able to lead change efforts and manage in a fluid environment
- Demonstrated strong business acumen
- Experience in dealing with ER issues.
