Content Creator (YouTube)

Our client, a well-known health / wellness program, is looking for a freelance Content Creator (YouTube) to assist their team full-time! This is a 40 hour per week role, and is 100% remote (it may have the opportunity to be a temp to perm position for the right candidate)! The Content Creator (YouTube) will... • develop content that will be used across YouTube / YouTube Shorts videos (ideate, film, and edit) • develop compelling / innovative ideas for social media content that aligns with their brand identity + marketing objectives • edit / enhance raw footage to create video content, and incorporate motion graphics / visual effects as-needed • stay up to date on the trends / best practices for each social media platform, and analyze metrics / user engagement data to refine + improve content strategies The Content Creator (YouTube) has: • ideally 2+ years of experience creating content for social media, and specific skill creating video content for ads is ideal • fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, and other native channel video programs / techniques • deep understanding of YouTube, and the ability to create custom tailored content for YouTube's algorithms • an understanding of SEO / ability to optimize content for SEO • ability to interpret metrics / analytics, and make recommendations based on that information • any interest / experience in the health / wellness space is a huge plus Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
