Role Summary As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of issues, including login problems, billing questions, subscription management, and troubleshooting. You'll use company-provided scripts and workflows to deliver consistent and professional support, ensuring that our users receive the help they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to live chat inquiries, providing timely and effective support to our users
• Assist with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes, using scripted replies and SOPs to ensure consistency
• Document and escalate issues as needed, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication, providing a positive and supportive experience for our users

• Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
• Shifts available 24/7, with a self-scheduling platform to fit your lifestyle
• Minimum 15 hours per week, with opportunities to work more hours as needed Training & Onboarding
• 2-hour online onboarding, providing an introduction to our platform and support tools
• Practice chats with simulated customers, helping you develop your skills and confidence
• First shift monitored by QA, ensuring that you're providing high-quality support
• Paid work begins within 3–5 days, with ongoing training and support to help you succeed Sample Shift Scenario Imagine helping customers reset passwords, apply discount codes, and update billing – all via chat with scripted responses.
