We are looking for an associate project manager to support the execution of a portfolio transforming how and where we work. As an Associate Project Manager within the Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for: • Supports project and operational processes, problem solving and troubleshooting issues as they arise with systems and cross-functional teams • Supports pulling together and leveraging project resources such as talent, materials, and budget. • Ensures projects are aligned with Starbucks and departmental strategy and planning processes. • Drives small cross-functional projects, leading co-located teams We’d Love To Hear From People With • 1-2 years project management including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications. • 2 yrs participation in a variety of projects with progressive responsibility and leadership. • Ability to learn quickly and navigate new tools and systems • Experience with project-related financial processes, including contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, and financial controls. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within multiple complex environments and teams who may have diverse viewpoints and need states • Ability to build strong relationships, quickly, with a variety of different thinkers and functions From free coffee to competitive pay, Starbucks is proud to offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to our eligible part-time and full-time partners.
