Marketing Lead, Pakistan

Position: Marketing Lead Location: Remote (Pakistan) Job Type: Full time Work Schedule: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Base Salary: PKR 240,000- PKR 300,000 per month Role Overview Were looking for a Marketing Lead who can take ownership of growth and help scale our Infrastructure and Proxy business (Squidproxies.com) through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a smart, motivated marketer with proven experience driving measurable business results. Someone who can quickly understand our products, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies that directly impact revenue. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Execution Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and sales growth. Identify, test, and scale effective marketing channels to increase qualified leads and conversions. Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives. Campaign Management Launch and manage marketing campaigns (including Google Ads) across various digital channels. Evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize based on data. Oversee creative development ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing materials. Strengthen brand awareness and positioning on various digital platforms. Market Research & Analytics Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform future campaigns. Research competitors, trends, and emerging marketing opportunities in the tech space. Collaboration & Leadership Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Contribute to overall marketing direction and long-term strategy as the team grows. Requirements: At least 2 years of general marketing experience (Nice to have: Google Ads experience) Experience working in a tech startup environment marketing software products Demonstrated success in growing a business or sales pipeline from scratch through self-driven marketing initiatives Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset. Someone who is comfortable both planning and executing campaigns. Highly proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a passion for learning new tools and tactics.
