ERG is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the full lifecycle of contracts—from proposal development through administration and closeout. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and drive successful contract execution. We support flexible work arrangements—including remote and hybrid options—and invest in our team through ongoing professional development and opportunities for career advancement. \n Job Description: Administer federal, state, and/or local contracts across the full lifecycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and closeout Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams (technical, business development, subcontracts, and accounting) to deliver comprehensive contract support Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements Partner with technical and business leads to drive compliant, competitive proposals Directly prepare, analyze, and negotiate cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses and risk assessments Implement and uphold procurement policies, procedures, and best practices Support contract closeout activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of outstanding items Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years of contract administration experience supporting federal, state, and/or local governments); experience as a prime contractor in professional services preferred Experience with GSA Multiple Award Schedules, U.S. EPA, and/or DoD contracting is a plus (experience with other federal agencies welcome) Demonstrated expertise in proposal pricing, contract negotiation, and problem solving Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Solid understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP) Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills \n$85,000 - $115,000 a year \nERG is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable EEOC regulations.
