Art Director, Performance Creative - Temporary Worker

Job Description: *Must have solid design and art direction experience, with the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas. *Must have experience with paid ads, banners, display ads, landing pages, OLV, and email. *Location: Remote or Hybrid depending on location *Time Zone: EST *Temp, W2, on dentsu payroll *US Based Dentsu Creative is a global creative agency network designed to unlock exponential growth for clients. We're searching for a Temporary Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create digital first data-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. Long form content experience a must, comfortable building a long-form template in INDD. Key Accountabilities: -You will create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client. -You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels. -You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals. -You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work. -You understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each. -You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems). -You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships. Qualifications: -2 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative. -Long-form content experience. Must be comfortable and proficient in building a long-form template in INDD. -Figma proficiency. Additional Information: The hourly pay range for this position is $40.35 - $53.92. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
