Client Success Associate - Professional Education Application Deadline: 17 June 2026 Department: Client Management Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Home United Kingdom Description Davies Professional Education partner with over 1200 insurance, financial services and regulated market clients to provide award-winning Apprenticeships and professional upskilling programmes to address the skills gap across these industries. As a Client Success Associate in this team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our products/services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from the onboarding process to achieving their goals and beyond. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for your clients’ learners Provide training and resources to help clients get started. Set clear expectations and goals for the client's learner journey. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. Coordinate with Delivery teams to resolve client issues promptly. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to understand client needs. Foster loyalty and trust through consistent, high-quality interactions. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse client usage of products/services. Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback. Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Upselling and Renewal: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services. Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize client value. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Client-focused with a commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of best practice in delivering apprenticeship standards and an understanding of the funding rules, effective apprentice onboarding and end point assessment An understanding of Insurance and Financial Service industry including clients and professional bodies Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
