Google Ads Account Manager - Remote

This role is ONLY open to candidates residing in the following states: DE, NJ, PA Respage is seeking a Google Ads Account Manager with at least 2-3 years of experience managing Google Ads in a client-facing role. This position will report to the Director of Paid Advertising and is perfect for a person who wants to both manage relationships with clients and be hands-on in managing Google Ads... campaigns. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, be organized, and show a demonstrated knowledge of best practices for Google Ads account setup, conversion tracking, maintenance, and budgeting. Successful team members are highly motivated, flexible, and self-starters who can follow detailed instructions but also think independently. Duties & Responsibilities ? Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns ? Create copy for search and display campaigns ? Use Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics to implement conversion tracking ? Analyze campaign results and ensure best practices are being followed ? Monitor campaigns closely to meet budgets and spend efficiently ? Lead status calls with customers ? Use data to optimize campaigns and improve performance Skills ? 2 years of dedicated experience using Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics required, and can confidently set up and manage campaigns ? Client-facing experience is required ? Proficiency with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) ? Excellent communication skills ? Proven success working independently in a fast-paced work environment ? Able to work as a part of a team to complete a project successfully and on time ? Able to effectively follow directions when needed in a remote office setting (webinar, conference call, email, written instructions, etc.) ? Able to monitor performance and check one's work for accuracy ? Knows when to ask questions or for help when necessary ? Experience managing multi-family or lead generation-focused PPC campaigns is a plus Our Ideal Candidate ? Is Google Ads Certified ? Is Google Analytics Certified ?
