Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We build AI systems that detect and respond to disinformation attacks in real time. Our platform combines machine learning with proprietary knowledge of attack and defense techniques. The founding team has 40+ years of combined experience building data systems for national security and commercial organizations. The Role You'll build and deploy production ML systems that detect disinformation as it happens. This role covers the full ML lifecycle—from model development through deployment and monitoring. You'll work with engineers and intelligence analysts to shape both the product and infrastructure. Your Responsibilities Build ML models for real-time disinformation detection Deploy and monitor models in production environments Manage data pipelines using streaming and batch processing frameworks Make architectural decisions on databases, infrastructure, and system design Collaborate across engineering, ML, and intelligence teams

Requirements

Production ML experience—you've deployed ML systems that run in production Strong Python skills and clean coding practices Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) Working knowledge of SQL databases and NoSQL stores Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks Deep learning knowledge Understanding of system trade-offs (latency vs accuracy, cost vs performance) Tech Stack Python, SQL & NoSQL databases, streaming & batch processing frameworks, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure Compensation & Benefits Early employee equity (share options) 25 days holiday plus your birthday off Private pension contributions Remote-first with flexible working Apply To This Job
