What you can expect As part of this team, you will be building reliable multi‑cloud systems that power global communications.Collaborating with engineers to automate, secure, and optimize deployments. About the Team Our DevOps team delivers always‑on communication services to millions.We collaborate across engineering and product to automate, monitor, and improve systems. We exist to ensure every Zoom experience is fast, reliable, and effortless. What we’re looking for Demonstrate 4+ years’ experience in DevOps, SRE, or automation engineering roles. Apply hands‑on expertise with AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Terraform, and related tools. Manage on‑call rotations and incident response to maintain high system availability. Develop automation and monitoring scripts using Python, Bash, or equivalent languages. Implement and maintain observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) for proactive system health management. Apply knowledge of cloud networking, security, and IAM for production reliability. Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
