Full Stack Engineer (Pool)

Selected candidates may complete an initial interview with our team, and if there is a strong fit, we will keep their profile in our talent pool. Once a matching client need arises, we may reach out to validate role-specific requirements and continue with the next steps in the process. While specific responsibilities will vary depending on the unique needs of each client and project, you will generally be expected to manage end-to-end development, from designing intuitive frontends to building reliable backend services. We value engineers who take ownership of the development lifecycle, proactively resolve blockers, and maintain high standards of code quality and performance in fast-paced environments. Requirements: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or in a similar capacity. Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (such as Next.js, React, or Vue) and backend languages (such as Python, Node.js, or Go). Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Experience managing both client-side and server-side logic effectively. Interest or practical experience in leveraging LLMs and AI tools to optimize development workflows. Ability to adapt to different tech stacks and project requirements. Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication skills. English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.
