Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay rate ranging from (25.00 to )50.00 per notarization.
- One-time training fee of $295 (no recurring costs) with 24⁄7 online course access, taking 4–6 hours to complete.

Responsibilities
- Perform secure remote notarizations via video platform.

Qualifications

- MUST be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- No felony criminal background.
- Active Notary Public Seal required.
- Additional notarial bond and/or E&O insurance (or willingness to obtain).
- Signing Agent training and proficiency with home closing documents (preferred).
