Mid-Market Account Manager (German Speaking)

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business growth and managing a portfolio of existing accounts in the DACH-NL region. With a quota tied to both margin growth and new business, your impact will be direct and measurable and your success will fuel Vonage's continued expansion across the region. Your key responsibilities - Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the DACH-NL region, driving net new business and ensuring strong retention and expansion of existing customers - Develop and execute territory plans with a clear focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth for network-powered solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology functions - Collaborate with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored CPaaS/API solutions to prospects and customers - Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, acting as a business owner for your territory - Represent Vonage at industry events and leverage your local network to accelerate new business opportunities - Contribute to regional planning and share market intelligence to support the broader EMEA sales strategy What you'll bring Required: - Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a strong track record of new business development - Fluency in German and English both written and spoken - Deep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practices - Strong existing network within the DACH-NL region, particularly with mid-market or Fortune 500 companies - Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multi-level stakeholders - Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/distributed environment - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management Experience we consider a plus: - Familiarity with RCS, network-powered solutions, or messaging APIs - Experience selling to or within Fortune 500 accounts - Background in a high-growth or scale-up technology environment - Additional European language skills How you'll benefit - Private medical insurance & life insurance - Kafeteria (Multisport and more) - Ericsson Support Line - Discretionary time off and company-recognized holidays - Additional benefits and perks will be shared and discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process Location: Work from Home - Poland (Warsaw preferred) There’s no perfect candidate.
