About the position Service Minds is looking for a highly organized and energetic Weekend Remote Dispatcher to join our team. In this essential role, you’ll serve as the bridge between customers and technicians—ensuring seamless scheduling, clear communication, and top-tier service delivery. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in Florida. The schedule is Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM, and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Compensation is hourly pay starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently dispatch service technicians while optimizing routes and response times.
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Accurately record service details, technician hours, and job-related information in our dispatch system.

Requirements

  • Experience in dispatch operations, ideally in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with dispatch software (such as ServiceTitan) or similar platforms.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • A calm, professional demeanor under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
  • Candidates must be located in Florida.
